Summary

Club houses can see a lot of use, and electrical issues can disrupt the whole space. We were asked to troubleshoot both the lighting and fan systems at the Foothills Preserve club house. The goal was to restore proper function and improve energy efficiency for everyone using the facilities.

The Work

Diagnosed and repaired lighting and fan issues within the club house
Installed two in-wall countdown timer switches to control lights and fans
Upgraded wiring with pre-cut metal clad cable assemblies for safety and durability
Supplied all necessary materials and completed the installation efficiently

The Outcome

Everything in the club house now runs smoothly. With the new timer switches, lights and fans won't be left on by accident, helping reduce energy use. The upgraded wiring brings extra reliability for daily operation. If you need to improve efficiency and reliability in a shared space, we can help.
