Summary

This project called for troubleshooting and upgrading the lighting and fan controls in a community clubhouse. The main goal was to prevent lights and fans from being left on, which can lead to higher energy costs and unnecessary wear.

The Work

Diagnosed and repaired issues with clubhouse lighting and fan operation
Installed two in-wall countdown timer switches for controlled use of lights and fan
Upgraded wiring with 15 ft. of solid copper MC cable for safe and reliable connections

The Outcome

The new timer switches now keep the lights and fan running only as needed, supporting energy savings and convenience for everyone using the clubhouse. With these upgrades, managing the space is much simpler.
